Why this exists

A place to collect resident reports

I was charged a $50 trash violation fee at Oliv Tempe. After reviewing my lease and disputing the charge, the fee was removed/refunded. I could not find a clear lease clause authorizing this specific fine amount, and I did not receive the warnings or portal notices management says are required.

I believe this is unfair, that's why I am collecting voluntary reports from current and former residents to understand whether similar fees were charged to others, whether residents received warnings, and whether the charges were clearly disclosed in lease documents or resident guidelines.
